Your Responsibilities
- Ensure your team's contributions to each release meet and exceed quality standards, with a focus on defect prevention and an exceptional user experience.
- Craft detailed test plans outlining coverage scope, time estimates, resource needs, and testing requirements from concept to release.
- Oversee the development and execution of tailored test suites and cases that evolve with your team’s needs.
- Maintain an organized and prioritized bug database aligned with your team’s objectives.
- Facilitate the onboarding of external QA resources, ensuring their success and alignment with internal processes.
- Champion quality by leading through example and conducting hands-on testing throughout the development process.
- Proactively identify pre-production quality concerns by reviewing design documents and briefs.
- Conduct pod-specific playtests to collect feedback, effectively track issues, and ensure follow-up actions are executed.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and the Live Operations team to enhance player satisfaction and address issues promptly.
