Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive support for regular and ad hoc reporting on pipeline, bookings, forecasting, productivity, and performance metrics. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of sales data within CRM and related systems. Assist in managing sales processes, including territory alignment, account assignment, quota tracking, and pipeline management. Collaborate across departments to support operational workflows, system updates, and process documentation. Analyze sales data trends and deliver insights to support strategic business planning and decision-making. Contribute to the creation of dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries for leadership evaluation. Support enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities related to sales tools and reporting platforms. Document standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with established processes and controls. Perform additional duties as necessary to meet business needs. Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Progressive background in sales operations, revenue operations, business analytics, finance, or related analytical roles. Proficient in working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and reporting tools. Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and convey findings effectively.
