Role Overview
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will support a leading enterprise client. This position calls for deep expertise in scaling Salesforce platforms for high-demand settings. The role centers on translating complex business requirements into practical technical solutions and maintaining a secure, scalable, and growth-ready Salesforce environment. Responsibilities include optimizing GTM integrations and working closely with Revenue Operations to ensure the data model supports ambitious growth targets over the next five years.
Key Responsibilities
- System Architecture & Strategy: Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform, including advanced flows, custom objects, and validation rules.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the main technical advisor for Sales, Marketing, and Success leaders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Release Management: Manage the deployment process from sandbox to production, aiming for seamless updates with minimal downtime.
- Technical Debt Management: Review and retire outdated Process Builders and Workflows, moving complex logic to efficient Salesforce Flows.
- System Optimization: Enhance CRM data architecture to support the next stage of global enterprise growth.
- Process Automation: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to automate manual tasks such as Lead Routing, Deal Desk, and Order Entry.
- Change Management: Document system changes thoroughly to ensure smooth transitions.
