Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Developer Relations Engineer to join our team, focusing on EOS Anti-Cheat (known as "Easy Anti-Cheat"). As a key technical liaison between internal engineering teams and external partners, you will assist in integrating, troubleshooting, and optimizing Anti-Cheat in various projects. Your responsibilities will include in-depth technical problem-solving, analyzing crash dumps, debugging low-level C/C++ code, and providing actionable solutions and insights. You will influence design decisions and contribute to technical documentation while ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, tactful, and empathetic, possessing strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to elucidate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. You should be adept at both independent and collaborative work, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot intricate integration and operational issues related to Anti-Cheat, examining crash dumps, logs, and call stacks to pinpoint root causes.
  • Collaborate with external game developers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges swiftly and effectively.
  • Debug and reproduce customer issues, documenting and communicating findings with clarity.
  • Represent Epic Games through asynchronous and live support, at trade shows like UEFest, and during customer visits.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, and guides to facilitate partner integration.
  • Advocate for successful partner integration and ongoing use of Anti-Cheat.
