Qualifications
Proven experience in designing, architecting, and developing native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and C++ when necessary. Strong understanding of best practices for Windows desktop development, such as code architecture, performance optimization, memory management, responsive UI, and cross-version compatibility (Windows 10/11+). Experience driving accessibility initiatives by integrating and validating accessibility APIs and ensuring usability for users with disabilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and other stakeholders to influence feature planning and UI/UX architecture. Ownership of the complete feature lifecycle from conception to maintenance, with a focus on quality and reliability across releases. Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex bugs, performance issues, and compatibility challenges while proposing effective architectural solutions.
