Role Overview: Senior Solution Architect

This Senior Solution Architect role is based in Denmark. The position centers on technical expertise and trusted guidance for customers, sales teams, partners, and the broader Elastic community. The architect will address business challenges using the Elastic Stack, participate in community events, and support sales initiatives with partners. Ongoing learning and a drive for excellence are essential.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the main technical contact for assigned accounts and account managers.
  • Understand customer objectives and clearly explain how Elastic solutions address their needs.
  • Develop and maintain value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
  • Participate in all phases of territory planning and execution, from discovery through technical wins.
  • Stay up to date on Elastic products and solutions to demonstrate their value in sales meetings and events.
  • Advise the sales team on positioning Elastic products and services effectively.
  • Onboard, educate, and support partners throughout their sales cycles.
  • Create marketing materials, contribute to programs, and work with colleagues to meet specific client needs.
  • Represent customer and community feedback to engineering and leadership teams, sharing suggestions for improvement.
  • Continue developing technical and sales skills through self-directed learning and professional development opportunities at Elastic.
