About the Role

In the role of Senior Staff Engineer, Front-End Development, you will play a pivotal technical leadership role, addressing significant challenges faced by healthcare providers. Your key responsibility will be to steer the architectural vision for our most ambitious large-scale UI projects. We rely on your expertise to lead this technical evolution, advocating for a customer-centric approach while making informed, pragmatic decisions that ensure long-term technical health. You will also spearhead the integration of AI into our products, crafting innovative user experiences that will define our future endeavors.

Your Area of Focus

  • Own the complete product lifecycle from problem identification aligned with our OKRs to designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining the solution.
  • Serve as a crucial technical partner to Product Management, co-managing the roadmap, identifying key risks, and uncovering new engineering opportunities.
  • Quickly form hypotheses based on data and iterate to find the most impactful solutions.
  • Prioritize doing what is right over personal agendas. Actively seek feedback, foster learning, teaching, and provide honest feedback for mutual growth.
  • Architect and code frameworks that the team can utilize effectively.
  • Invest in foundational technologies to enhance our development pace. Deliver products that gain recognition.
  • Promote the incorporation of AI tools (like coding assistants) into our daily development practices to increase team efficiency, enhance code quality, and simplify testing.
