YOUR MISSION
We are in search of a Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on the development and integration of state-of-the-art aerospace and defense systems. In this pivotal role, you will define, analyze, and ensure the successful execution of mission requirements across complex, mission-critical space systems that support national defense initiatives and advance technologies in autonomous space operations. You will be responsible for requirements development, traceability, and verification across various vehicles and systems. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will conduct impact analyses for changes, ensure design integrity throughout the system, support integration and test planning, perform risk assessments, and lead design reviews.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Systems Engineering team engages with multiple programs and disciplines, and we are in need of versatile engineers with diverse skill sets. As a member of this team, your responsibilities may include:
- Collaborating with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to define and document mission objectives, system requirements, and operational concepts.
- Translating customer and mission needs into actionable engineering solutions while ensuring alignment with technical and programmatic constraints.
- Leading system trade studies, performance evaluations, and feasibility assessments to ensure optimal system architecture design.
- Preparing comprehensive technical reports, presentations, and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and customers.
- Evaluating design changes and their implications on overall system integrity.
