Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and draft technical documentation for various IT-related projects.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define and establish technical processes and procedures.
- Document projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Provide regular status reports on multiple ongoing projects and documentation efforts.
- Assist in creating both user and administrative level documentation.
