As a Level 3 Test Engineer at avalore, you will play a critical role in analyzing system requirements and operational concepts. You will develop comprehensive evaluation and testing plans, conduct data collection and analysis, and report findings. Your responsibilities will include supporting the creation of government test and evaluation documentation, such as Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy and Test Readiness Assessments, while collaborating with various test organizations to ensure seamless T&E program integration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with Level 1 tasks based on your technical training and experience.
- Conducting research and applying knowledge of government test and evaluation principles to support T&E activities.
- Planning and executing performance analysis and data collection efforts.
- Reviewing acquisition approaches to align T&E schedules with decision-making needs.
- Analyzing performance risk areas to guide T&E planning and execution.
- Specifying and adapting Modeling and Simulation for T&E purposes.
- Applying statistical analysis to quantify performance behavior confidence.
- Selecting and developing analysis tools as necessary.
- Executing the evaluation plan based on collected data.
- Establishing Data & Configuration Management capabilities and supporting Data Authentication functions.
- Assessing performance requirements for testability and prioritizing T&E objectives.
- Coordinating with Systems Engineering to leverage functional analysis and initial performance risk assessments.
- Planning risk-tailored performance estimation and analysis for system effectiveness and suitability metrics.
- Designing surveys to evaluate Subject Matter Expert (SME) feedback and user performance assessments.
