ResponsibilitiesDefine and promote digital media best practices internally and globally across the network. Lead the analytics team within the regional office, focusing on recruitment, development, and retention efforts. Oversee the scoping and staffing of projects in collaboration with media planning teams. Articulate and advocate for the value of analytics to enhance client relationships. Advance the U. S. analytics commercial offerings, capabilities, and tools in collaboration with the U. S. analytics leadership team, including developing our business intelligence services. Collaborate with client teams to design, scope, and sell comprehensive measurement and analytics frameworks. Engage with key clients to provide consultancy and thought leadership from an analytics perspective. Adopt a hands-on approach to ensure data analytics projects align with client objectives, deadlines, and financial plans. Establish partnerships with relevant data, technology, and service providers. Participate in business development initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Your leadership will drive the creation of top-tier analytics solutions, ensuring the timely delivery of exceptional analytic services to an extensive portfolio of clients. You will play a pivotal role in fostering new business opportunities while mentoring and advancing the professional development of your team members.

Your robust background in both digital media—including the integration of search and social—and traditional media will be crucial. A solid understanding of site-side analytics is a plus. You will be adept at navigating the entire media technology landscape, recognizing that the impact of media is amplified by compelling creative, with analytics guiding both disciplines.
