Acumatica is actively seeking a Senior Vice President of Partner Strategy and Programs to lead our Global Partner Ecosystem. This pivotal role involves shaping the partner strategy, spearheading essential programs, and driving initiatives to enhance and expand our partner ecosystem. The SVP will represent our partner strategy to external stakeholders while guiding internal processes across cross-functional teams to fortify Acumatica’s indirect partner capabilities.
This position reports directly to our President and COO, with the flexibility to work remotely from any location within the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Strategy & Ecosystem Leadership
Formulate a global channel strategy that aligns with Acumatica’s growth objectives and vision as a leader in cloud ERP.
Enhance and broaden Acumatica’s channel ecosystem, engaging VARs, ISVs, OEM partners, and service partners.
Develop a premier partner engagement model that maximizes partner productivity and long-term value.
Drive Acumatica’s transition from transactional partner recruitment to establishing high-impact strategic alliances.
2. Revenue & Sales Leadership Through the Channel
Foster revenue growth exclusively through the partner ecosystem.
Collaborate with regional sales leaders to harmonize short-term pipeline acceleration with sustainable long-term channel growth.
Design motivational programs for all partner types while maintaining pricing integrity and competitive differentiation.
Build and oversee solution architecture capacity within the company to empower partners in proposing and building solutions for customers, thereby enhancing overall win rates.
3. Partner Program Development & Enablement
Lead the evolution of Acumatica’s award-winning Partner Program.
Enhance global recruitment, onboarding, certification pathways, and partner engagement frameworks.
Accelerate new partner productivity, ensuring measurable progress in revenue, pipeline velocity, and customer success.
4. Product & Solution Alignment
Collaborate with product leadership to ensure that product strategies meet partner needs, industry specialization, and competitive dynamics.
Encourage partner engagement in roadmap feedback and solution innovation processes.
