Key Responsibilities:Develop a structured visual merchandising calendar that aligns with window changes, merchandise delivery schedules, and marketing events. Assist the Global Visual Merchandising Manager in crafting innovative and effective visual merchandising narratives that meet the seasonal design and commercial objectives of the business. Design and implement engaging theatrical displays in all visual presentation areas, adhering to the seasonal window calendar. Act as the primary liaison for information exchange between Global VM teams and UK and Europe store teams. Facilitate communication with store teams to ensure the dissemination of knowledge and adherence to visual guidelines.

In this role, reporting directly to the Director of Retail UK & Europe, the Senior Visual Merchandiser will play a pivotal role in executing global visual merchandising standards across our Mulberry stores and concessions throughout the UK and Europe.

Collaborating with the Director of Retail, Global Visual Merchandising Manager, and Area Managers, you will establish superior visual standards across the region, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand image.
