Stadgenoot is looking for a Service Costs Specialist in Amsterdam to help ensure accurate and timely service cost settlements for tenants. This position plays a key part in maintaining efficient financial administration and supports the mission of providing good, affordable housing across the city.
Role overview
This role supports both the team and the team leader by applying expertise in service costs. Daily work includes processing settlements and adjusting advances for heating and service costs. Clear communication with residents is essential, as is careful handling of financial bookings. The position involves collaborating with other Stadgenoot departments, such as Procurement, Area Management, Project Development, and Installations.

- Process service cost settlements and adjust advances for tenants
- Communicate clearly with residents about financial matters
- Maintain responsibility for assigned files and work meticulously
- Coordinate with various internal departments
- Engage in challenging conversations when needed
Requirements
- Completed vocational education (MBO)
- Experience and knowledge in service costs (required), financial processes, and complex calculations
- Familiarity with coordination across departments
- Interest in business processes, calculation exercises, and service provision
- Experience with a housing corporation and Tobias365 is a strong plus
