Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with licensing. We welcome both male and female applicants who are not older than 35 years. Candidates should have comprehensive exposure to various construction facets including finishes, precast, formwork, rebar, concreting, and fabrication. Understanding of material testing, project budget, and manpower assignment is essential. Additionally, you should be capable of developing daily and weekly plans, implementing safety procedures, and demonstrating strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent analytical, modeling, and reporting abilities are required, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is necessary, and willingness to work on-site is a must.

Your responsibilities will include supervising, scheduling, and budgeting manpower effectively. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure project coordination and assist in the preparation of monthly project status reports and construction schedules.
Your tasks will also involve preparing manpower schedules and Bills of Quantities, attending project meetings, and documenting meeting minutes as necessary. Safety is paramount; therefore, you will need to be well-versed in the Project Safety Plan and relevant safety procedures in your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you will assist in project close-out activities to ensure successful completion.
