Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with approved project plans, schedules, technical drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations. Implement and monitor quality control measures through routine inspections to ascertain that workmanship meets project specifications and company standards. Identify any deviations or defects in quality and ensure prompt corrective actions are undertaken. Plan and manage the effective allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project goals. Supervise workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure high productivity and adherence to quality and safety standards. Collaborate with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Track daily site progress, ensuring alignment with approved timelines and milestones. Prepare and submit daily reports, documenting all on-site activities. Work closely with the Project Coordinator and Project Manager to review drawings and develop detailed execution plans and timelines. Assist with inspections, testing, and contractor performance evaluations, including KYB tests with contractor partners. Ensure the application of HSE standards and site safety protocols at all times. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in construction-related fields is advantageous. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry. Prior experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role, particularly in fit-out, interior, or civil projects.
