Requirements:Minimum of Gr. 12 / School Leaving Certificate. Preferred qualification: Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a comparable role. Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is critical. Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Campaign Manager (1-2 years). Proven track record in social media advertising, especially with Facebook Lead Ads and Catalog Campaigns. Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices. Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer, along with automation platforms like Zapier. Experience in email marketing and SMS campaigns is advantageous. Client-facing experience is a plus.

This role requires seamless collaboration with a dynamic team of social media experts, digital campaign managers, and creative designers to ensure impactful campaigns.

This position is a full-time opportunity with the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements, although attendance at the Westville office is expected once a week for team meetings. A reliable internet connection is essential for fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement paid media strategies across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Develop and refine ad creatives to maximize audience engagement and conversions.
  • Leverage advanced targeting techniques to connect with relevant audience segments.
  • Efficiently manage advertising budgets across multiple campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and generate comprehensive reports and insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad effectiveness and meet objectives.
  • Stay informed about platform changes, industry trends, and advertising best practices.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication.
  • Adhere to platform advertising policies and guidelines.
  • Analyze performance metrics to uncover trends and areas for optimization.
  • Provide actionable suggestions for campaigns based on performance data.
  • Deliver detailed reporting to clients on a bi-monthly and monthly basis.
  • Engage with clients in monthly strategy sessions via online meetings.
  • Oversee the complete execution of SMS and Email Marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and performance analytics to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Lead monthly virtual meetings to review past campaign outcomes and align on future strategies.
