What We Seek
Problem Solver - You thrive on tackling complex challenges and have a proven track record.
High Agency & Ownership - You take initiative and drive projects to fruition, with bonus points if you have experience as a CTO or founding engineer.
Proven Builder - Minimum of 2 years in backend development using Python and a history of delivering production-ready code swiftly.
Core System Design - You will take ownership of our core infrastructure, including databases like PostgreSQL and vector databases.
Cloud Expertise - Proficient in REST, GraphQL, GCP, AWS, and Docker.
Your Initial Month at Strala
Launch from Day 1 - You will deploy your code into production on your first day.
Ownership - You will create specifications and independently build features.
