Role Overview: Software Engineer II
Location: Pune, India
This Software Engineer II position supports the Engineering team with technical expertise and a focus on reliability. The role involves hands-on development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of systems that are central to ConnectWise operations.
What You Will Do
- Support the Engineering team by providing technical assistance with close attention to detail.
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systems.
- Work on systems that are essential to the organization’s daily operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues across services and different layers of the technology stack.
- Contribute to improving engineering standards, tools, and processes across the organization.
- Participate in the software testing process through review, analysis, witnessing, and certification.
- Evaluate code for validity, structural integrity, industry standards, and compatibility with operating systems.
- Stay current on technologies and programming practices by learning, reading, and engaging in professional events, workshops, or groups.
