The Customer Experience (CX) Organization at CoreWeave is committed to providing every client operating AI workloads at scale with a seamless, reliable, and high-performance experience. This team underpins the infrastructure that drives the AI revolution—working across data centers, hardware systems, and customer workloads to maintain the integrity of our cloud platform. The CX organization collaborates closely with both internal and customer engineering teams, delivering valuable field insights and influencing the CoreWeave product roadmap and development.

In this position, you will:
- Act as the primary technical liaison for customers, fostering robust technical relationships and ensuring their success with CoreWeave's cloud infrastructure solutions, with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes.
