About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in connecting our product development team with our clients. You will collaborate with some of the most innovative organizations globally to design, validate, and implement transformative solutions for their operations.
On the Sana Agents front, you'll assist clients in operationalizing agentic AI by integrating systems, crafting workflows, and showcasing how intelligent agents can effectively search, reason, and act across an organization’s knowledge repositories and tools. For Sana Learn, you’ll partner with Learning & Development, HR, and business leaders to create advanced learning ecosystems that range from AI-driven content creation to comprehensive learning programs, analytics, and integrations.
As our client base and user adoption for Sana Agents and Sana Learn continue to grow, your role will likely expand to include mentoring and onboarding additional solutions engineers, scaling the solutions you design, and developing playbooks needed for the successful implementation of Sana solutions at scale.
