Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled Systems Engineer with a focus on Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) to define, plan, and execute the comprehensive integration and testing strategy for our space vehicles. This pivotal role encompasses system-level responsibilities, aimed at developing an AIT plan that aligns with mission requirements and facilitates efficient execution by production and testing teams.

In this position, you will convert mission and system requirements into well-defined integration processes, testing strategies, and verification plans. You will collaborate closely with subsystem leads, production, and test engineering teams to ensure that the appropriate configurations, procedures, and readiness criteria are established, without directly operating on the production floor. Your role will involve leading readiness reviews, enforcing configuration control, and monitoring verification closure throughout the spacecraft lifecycle.

This opportunity is perfect for a systems engineer who possesses a strong understanding of spacecraft hardware and test environments, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about shaping the integration and verification strategies that are crucial for mission success.
