As a key member of our Events Team, the Special Events Manager will report directly to the Director of Advancement Operations. This role is crucial in orchestrating and executing high-impact fundraising, cultivation, and select internal events that elevate donor engagement and contribute significantly to our revenue goals. With an annual fundraising target of $21 million, where events generate approximately $7 million, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strategic thinking abilities, and excel in problem-solving. You will manage logistics, inspire cross-departmental teams, and lead project planning efforts.
