Qualifications

Proven leadership skills, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing landscape for various metallic alloys are essential. Experience with rare earth metals and a strong network within the industry will be beneficial. The candidate should demonstrate strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams to achieve company-wide objectives.
