Qualifications
What You'll Do:Lead the complete execution of technical projects, from conception through to deployment. Create and develop robust, large-scale systems from scratch, prioritizing reliability, scalability, and performance. Produce high-quality, well-tested code, and conduct code reviews for fellow team members. Provide leadership in thought and guide colleagues through complex architectural and coding challenges. Promote best practices and technical excellence throughout the engineering department. Initiate strategic technical projects that influence multiple engineering teams and yield organization-wide advancements. What You'll Bring:Over 10 years of hands-on experience in building and sustaining large-scale, production-grade systems. Experience in a Technical Lead role or a similar leadership position. Outstanding coding capabilities, particularly in cloud architecture, distributed systems, and algorithms. Demonstrated ability to independently oversee projects, from requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and deployment. A proven track record of mentoring and developing engineers to reach their full potential. A proactive mindset with the capability to establish systems and processes from the ground up. A strong interest in contemporary development practices and a passion for influencing the future of technology.
