Qualifications

What You Need:6-10 years of experience in aerospace or a related field, with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics. A Master's degree or PhD is preferred. Candidates should have experience in design, analysis, fabrication, and testing of survivability technologies (RCS, IR, acoustics), as well as mission systems. Proficiency in operations analysis using various modeling and simulation environments such as AFSIM is essential, along with knowledge of domestic and international threat systems. Leadership experience across engineering, manufacturing, and business disciplines is vital. Must be a U. S. citizen and able to obtain a DoD security clearance. Familiarity with RF, EW/EA, EOIR, acoustic systems, mission systems, sensors, communication, and propulsion systems (electric, hybrid, and gas turbine), as well as CAD, Python, and MATLAB. Bonus Qualifications:Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, SysML, DoDAF, and customer engagement.
