About The Role:

As we ramp up production of our cutting-edge Midnight 1.0 aircraft and develop the next-generation Midnight 1.1 platform, you will play a pivotal role within the Manufacturing Design Engineering (MDE) team, linking aircraft design and production seamlessly.

In this position, you will lead the manufacturing strategy for aircraft structures and act as a technical expert responsible for defining and scaling the production processes, supporting aircraft builds from prototype stages to early production.

You will collaborate across teams, including Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Certification, to implement industry-leading manufacturing solutions for both current and future aircraft models.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide leadership and technical guidance for structural assembly and integration processes, overseeing both prototype and production assembly sequencing.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of structural component builds, collaborating with design, quality, and certification teams to embed manufacturing best practices.
