In this dynamic role, we are looking for a highly autonomous Staff Systems Administrator. You will take ownership of our enterprise IT infrastructure within a dedicated operational environment. Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive infrastructure management, covering on-premises systems, cloud platforms, endpoint environments, identity services, and providing local engineering support.
As a senior individual contributor, you will operate with substantial independence, prioritizing tasks, executing enhancements, and ensuring operational resilience with minimal oversight. We seek a self-starter capable of designing, implementing, supporting, and continuously improving infrastructure in a secure, performance-driven environment while also maintaining hands-on ownership of end-user systems and service delivery.
As the accountable infrastructure lead, you will ensure that the environment remains secure, compliant, scalable, and highly available while delivering responsive support to engineering and business teams. This position is based in India and supports the AI Hive entity.
