Position Overview
To reshape the luxury electric mobility sector, we need dynamic individuals who thrive on teamwork and results. We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager for Vehicle Programs with comprehensive vehicle development expertise and a proven record of success in fast-paced settings. This role will require driving cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Design, and Finance, while maintaining a strong sense of urgency to meet our vehicle line program objectives. You will oversee operational delivery for both current and upcoming model years, ensuring technical readiness, timely execution, and financial accountability. This position is available at our locations in Phoenix, AZ, Casa Grande, AZ, or Southfield, MI.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the cross-functional vehicle product development lifecycle from the conceptual design phase to market launch for existing or new vehicle lines.
- Develop actionable program plans that align with product strategy, coordinating with Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Powertrain, Engineering, Digital, Homologation, and Finance to prioritize features, timelines, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
- Proactively manage the technical product specifications, collaborating with the Program Chief Engineer to ensure feature readiness, integration, and compliance with vehicle performance objectives.
- Oversee critical vehicle financial and budgeting tasks, including the costed bill of materials, program prototype budget, and PMO budgets (headcount, expenses, etc.).
