The Opportunity
Join the Go team, responsible for Superhuman's AI assistant and agent platform, transforming AI into a proactive, connected feature integrated within the Superhuman ecosystem. Go transcends standalone chat, embedding assistive AI directly into the tools users already employ, thereby connecting with over 1 million applications and enterprise systems, enhancing the agent ecosystem, and turning AI investments into tangible ROI.
We are looking for a Staff User Researcher to shape the future of Go, focusing on delivering significant value to knowledge workers, scaling across Superhuman Mail, Grammarly, Coda, and partner agents, and establishing a differentiated, enterprise-ready AI layer.
In this impactful position, you will lead foundational and strategic research that influences Go’s long-term vision, collaborating with executive and cross-functional leaders to prioritize critical opportunities and define the business unit's research strategy while advancing AI-native research practices, including utilizing our platform and other innovative tools to enhance our workflows.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting exploratory and evaluative research to inform the strategy and roadmap for the Go platform.
Identifying key user and business questions in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Collaborating with executive and cross-functional leaders to translate insights into clear product direction.
Converting complex findings into compelling narratives that guide decision-making.
