What You’ll Do
- Drive Outbound Motion: Identify, target, and engage clients who require HackerRank’s Developer Skills Platform solutions.
- Identify Opportunities: Collaborate with the Growth Team to pinpoint prospects and generate demand.
- Close Deals and Deliver Revenue: Act with urgency to propel business growth.
- Develop Strong Relationships: Engage with key decision-makers in Talent Acquisition, Engineering, HR, Learning & Development, and technical leadership across prospective clients.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Offer insights to the product team to shape the product roadmap and enhancements.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work alongside sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
