Key Responsibilities:

- Engage potential leads through various channels, including:

- Website chat interactions and customer service inquiries

- Social media engagements such as comments, posts, and profile interactions

- Analyzing past customer data for effective follow-up and reactivation campaigns

- Researching educational institutions, daycares, events, and businesses that can benefit from our offerings

- Create and maintain a structured lead generation and sales strategy

- Consistently follow up with B2B clients, bulk purchasers, and influencers

- Assist in planning and executing targeted email marketing campaigns

- Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat purchases to enhance revenue

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to utilize sales trends and customer insights
