Role Overview
The Commerce Strategy & Operations team plays a crucial role in informing strategic business decisions related to post-purchase operations, focusing on user experience, Trust & Risk, and fraud management. In this role, you will:
Facilitate the implementation of post-purchase operational initiatives by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Conduct analyses on operational and commerce data to extract insights, monitor performance, and uncover opportunities for enhancing quality, speed, and scalability.
Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, thorough documentation, and effective follow-through.
Contribute to the design and enhancement of processes, workflows, and tools that support scalable operations and adapt to changing user needs.
Collect and synthesize insights from user interactions and operational workflows to provide actionable recommendations.
Prepare comprehensive updates, dashboards, and materials to aid in decision-making and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders.
Candidates for this position should be located within commuting distance of our New York or San Francisco offices.
