Role Overview

As a member of the Commerce Strategy & Operations team, reporting to the VP of Commerce, you will be pivotal in driving strategic business decisions related to post-purchase operations, logistics, payments, user experience, trust, and fraud prevention. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing commerce strategies aimed at margin optimization and growth in the post-purchase realm.

  • Leading cross-functional commerce initiatives in collaboration with product, engineering, and policy teams.

  • Identifying process inefficiencies and spearheading enhancements to boost productivity and reduce costs.

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of commerce data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Negotiating contracts and overseeing vendor performance to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.

We offer flexibility to work from home or from one of our global office locations. We value in-person collaboration for planning, problem-solving, and connection. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our hubs in San Francisco, CA, Los Angeles, CA, Phoenix, AZ, or New York, NY.
