Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Lead vehicle-level projects through the planning, design, and testing phases of development. Manage a diverse range of projects, including primary flight control hardware, data acquisition systems, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and integration with software and human-machine interface teams. Conduct system design, testing, and installation readiness reviews, defining system bring-up testing and pre-flight functional testing requirements. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience in the industry. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in designing, integrating, and testing electromechanical systems. Strong foundation in engineering principles and system design fundamentals. Ability to read electrical wiring schematics and test systems for optimal performance. Experience in writing and executing code. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in designing system architectures and evaluating design options to meet specific requirements. Proficiency in designing, building, and operating test stands and equipment. Exceptional skills in measurement, technical writing, and data analysis.
