Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with fellow technicians under the direction of a Team Leader and Area Supervisor.
Conduct thorough tablet inspections and manage product handling in compliance with GXP, Safety, and Compliance Standards.
Oversee the packaging and inspection of clinical trial materials and components for our customers.
Assist in the operation of line equipment, including manufacturing machinery, labellers, cartoners, and printers within the packaging environment.
Perform routine ERP/MES transactions as required.
Support the area by executing routine tasks aimed at meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage material handling, line feeding, and cleaning tasks efficiently.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Batch Records, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and practices both individually and within the team.
Recognize and report any deviations from standard practices.
Document any variances or deviations from standard operating procedures.
Perform additional support duties as necessary.
Assist with manual operations, dispensing, inspection, recording, and cleaning in manufacturing and warehouse operations.
