Qualifications

BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, including a minimum of 1 year in a Tech Lead role, demonstrating a robust capability to design, implement, test, and maintain product features from start to finish. Strong proficiency in modern Java for backend development. Experience with frontend technologies, preferably ReactJS and TypeScript. Solid understanding of API design, along with the discovery and integration of third-party APIs (RestAPI, GraphQL) and associated concepts such as resilience and pagination. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS preferred). Proficient in using Git and CI/CD build tools. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker. A passion for continuous improvement, lean processes, and high-quality engineering.

These workflows are engineered to automate intricate tasks, optimize IT operations, and provide real-time insights, significantly enhancing the digital workplace.

  • Design, implement, deliver, and validate product features across both frontend and backend systems.
  • Lead technical discussions, establish engineering standards, and guide the team in embracing high-quality coding practices and testing methodologies using measurable quality indicators.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to contribute to the team’s roadmap by defining clear, actionable acceptance criteria.
  • Address Level 3 support requests alongside the team.
  • Mentor engineers, foster knowledge sharing, and aid in the team's technical and operational development.
  • Embrace an agile iterative/incremental mindset and actively participate in various agile ceremonies.
