Join our innovative Technical Field Engineering team as a Tech Services Specialist! This key role is essential for delivering on-site technical support and maintenance across our regional offices. We are looking for a candidate with a robust technical background who is proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide prompt and effective resolution of technical issues in regional offices, encompassing hardware, software, network, AV, and system-related challenges.
  • Facilitate on-site installations, maintenance, and upgrades of technology infrastructure and equipment.
  • Continuously monitor and assess technical support operations, pinpointing areas of improvement and aiding in the execution of corrective measures.

Project Management:

  • Offer hands-on assistance for technical projects, including office relocations, infrastructure enhancements, and technology rollouts.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to align technical support efforts with the broader business goals.
  • Ensure project delivery is on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between regional offices and the broader tech organization, collaborating with the Org Change Management team for seamless communication and coordination of tech updates.
  • Regularly update management on persistent technical challenges, project progress, and potential enhancements to the technology experience for associates.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

  • Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and advancements in field engineering.
  • Spot opportunities for process optimization, automation, and the adoption of new technologies to improve service delivery and associate experience.
