Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support and Maintenance:
- Provide prompt and effective resolution of technical issues in regional offices, encompassing hardware, software, network, AV, and system-related challenges.
- Facilitate on-site installations, maintenance, and upgrades of technology infrastructure and equipment.
- Continuously monitor and assess technical support operations, pinpointing areas of improvement and aiding in the execution of corrective measures.
Project Management:
- Offer hands-on assistance for technical projects, including office relocations, infrastructure enhancements, and technology rollouts.
- Work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to align technical support efforts with the broader business goals.
- Ensure project delivery is on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between regional offices and the broader tech organization, collaborating with the Org Change Management team for seamless communication and coordination of tech updates.
- Regularly update management on persistent technical challenges, project progress, and potential enhancements to the technology experience for associates.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and advancements in field engineering.
- Spot opportunities for process optimization, automation, and the adoption of new technologies to improve service delivery and associate experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 4 years in hands-on technical support or a similar field.
- At least 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, AV, and/or systems support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) and IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified).
