What you will do
- Act as the main technical point of contact for major enterprise customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering, product, and platform teams.
- Identify opportunities to drive API adoption and expand client usage.
- Lead business reviews and discuss performance with senior decision-makers.
- Share product expertise and provide technical support to client teams.
- Assist with onboarding, integration, and troubleshooting, working closely with internal teams.
- Track usage trends, flag potential risks, and recommend improvements.
