Role overview
The Technical Program Manager will serve as the operational architect for both hardware and safety-critical systems. This position requires a leader who can manage complex projects and connect ambitious product goals with the realities of physical engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Guide product development using a structured stage-gate lifecycle.
- Align hardware production schedules with Agile software release cycles.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and advise executive leadership on program direction.
- Balance scope, resource constraints, and safety requirements to ensure the delivery of high-quality autonomous systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing technical programs, ideally involving hardware and safety-critical systems.
- Ability to work across disciplines and communicate effectively with both engineering teams and executives.
- Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to program delivery.
