Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the comprehensive delivery of intricate technical programs related to web platforms, data tools, and AI-driven products. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to outline program objectives, timelines, success metrics, and delivery strategies. Facilitate program rituals (planning sessions, standups, risk assessments, retrospectives) to keep teams focused and aligned. Monitor interdependencies across teams, manage trade-offs, and proactively identify risks along with mitigation strategies. Generate clear documentation including PRDs, technical briefs, RACI matrices, roadmaps, release plans, and postmortems. Ensure launch readiness by devising QA plans, rollout strategies, observability requirements, and coordinating incident responses. Enhance delivery systems by improving estimation accuracy, throughput tracking, release hygiene, and communication across teams. Ideal Qualifications5+ years of experience managing technical programs in software development (platforms, dev tools, infrastructure, or product). Strong technical acumen: familiarity with APIs, web systems, CI/CD, cloud deployment, observability, and security fundamentals. Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple concurrent initiatives in dynamic environments. Exceptional written communication skills—capable of producing concise plans, documentation, and status reports.
