As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead the management of large-scale software initiatives within the company. You will work closely with various stakeholders across engineering, product, design, quality assurance, operations, and platform teams to create program plans and oversee all phases of software development and release. Your role will involve ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams and executing project plans effectively to meet customer commitments.

You will also play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) in standardizing processes and tools for continuous improvement, which includes contributing to governance, metrics, process adherence, and status reporting as part of the PMO charter.

A strong understanding of AI concepts and proficiency with AI tools is essential for this role. You will be responsible for integrating AI tools into daily program management tasks, including automation, scripting, and customizing artifacts for rapid turnaround as needed. Experience with writing scripts or using AI software to extract and analyze data from internal tools such as Jira and Confluence will be invaluable. Essentially, you will serve as the AI thought leader within the PMO organization.
