About the job

At Anduril Industries, we are pioneering the future of defense technology with a vision to enhance the capabilities of the U. S. and allied military forces through advanced technological solutions. By integrating the innovative expertise, cutting-edge technology, and strategic business models characteristic of the 21st century's most dynamic companies, we are revolutionizing the way military systems are conceived, developed, and delivered. The heart of our operations lies in Lattice OS, an AI-driven operating system that transforms myriad data streams into an interactive, real-time 3D command and control environment. As we navigate an era of strategic challenges, Anduril is dedicated to rapidly deploying state-of-the-art autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technologies to the military, achieving results within months instead of years.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

ArsenalOS serves as the foundational software infrastructure that underpins Anduril's approach to designing, constructing, and maintaining its hardware. As our production facilities expand and operate at unprecedented speeds, the complexity of our factory software system continues to evolve. We are not merely creating isolated systems; we are deploying and integrating software, infrastructure, and automation into active production environments that must remain operational.

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to serve as the pivotal coordination point for our factory software at the site level. This individual will unify the efforts of the production system administration, digital IoT, MES, controls, robotic automation, and manufacturing test teams, creating a cohesive execution strategy. This role transcends traditional status-tracking; it is a production-critical position that ensures the digital aspects of the factory evolve in tandem with the physical operations.
