ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our rapidly expanding Frontier Systems division in Costa Mesa, CA, or Washington DC. This TPM will play a crucial role as a trusted member of our Analysis Team, focusing on one of Anduril's key initiatives for the upcoming years.
This position is vital to ensure seamless technical execution and effective communication across a large-scale, strategic Department of Defense program that integrates capabilities from various internal divisions through multiple technically demanding activities. The primary responsibility involves observing technical advancements, identifying dependencies and communication gaps across activities, and transforming this information into actionable insights for senior technical leadership. This role requires significant mobility, deep technical understanding, and exceptional communication skills, necessitating a fundamental grasp of complex engineering challenges without direct ownership of technical design or engineering risk.
