Essential Qualifications: Comprehensive Project Life Cycle Knowledge: Profound understanding of the automotive embedded product development lifecycle, particularly in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Technical Acumen in Automotive Systems: Solid technical foundation in embedded systems, encompassing hardware architectures, real-time operating systems (RTOS), communication protocols (CAN bus, LIN bus), and functional safety standards (ISO 26262). Agile Problem-Solving Skills: Expertise in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex technical challenges within an Agile framework while adapting to changing requirements. Risk Management and Functional Safety: Proactive in risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning, ensuring compliance with functional safety standards throughout development. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong ability to foster relationships with engineering teams, product managers, customers, and stakeholders, effectively managing expectations. Technical Documentation Skills: Capability to articulate complex technical concepts into clear documentation for diverse audiences.
