RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the complete spectrum of spacecraft licensing, ground station coordination, and RF platform development for all True Anomaly missions. Ensure organizational alignment on regulatory and RF requirements to maintain compliance and close any identified gaps. Direct activities of both internal and external stakeholders supporting regulatory programs, including program management, systems engineering, IT, mission operations, and contracts management. Assist the Program Management Organization in conducting risk assessments, providing schedule estimates, and recommending mitigation strategies for known issues.

YOUR MISSION

As a Technical Program Manager, you will spearhead critical ground station, communication, and regulatory initiatives. We seek a candidate with profound expertise in RF communications and a solid grasp of regulatory frameworks surrounding spectrum and spacecraft imaging licensing. You should thrive in fast-paced, regulated settings and facilitate alignment across engineering, security, legal, compliance, and business operations teams. Your skills in engaging with external stakeholders will be vital for advancing our national security mission and operational excellence in the space domain.
