Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with our Head of Talent to drive hiring initiatives throughout the organization. You will take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle, implementing structured, data-driven processes to attract and secure top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions, including kickoff/intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debriefs, offer negotiations, and closures.
- Develop and sustain a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals, events, and talent communities, while continuously mapping the market for priority roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish scorecards, structure interviews, calibrate expectations, and train interviewers to enhance assessment accuracy and minimize bias.
- Enhance our employer brand and candidate experience by crafting engaging job descriptions, personalizing outreach and nurture campaigns, ensuring prompt communication, and effectively negotiating offers to attract top candidates.
