Technical Sales Specialist

They are currently seeking to hire a Technical Sales Specialist who possesses significant industry experience and ideally holds a technical qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct sales of electrical components to panel builders, electrical contractors, OEMs, wholesalers, and more.
- Engage with key customers to foster relationships, secure new orders, provide timely follow-ups, arrange further meetings, prepare quotations, negotiate sales, and close deals.
- Reconnect with lapsed customers in your designated territory.
- Drive business development by proactively contacting customers and delivering outstanding customer support.
- Collaborate with inside sales/counter/stores teams and fellow regional sales executives.
- Ensure adherence to customer delivery schedules.
- Manage the return of warranty and service exchange parts effectively.
- Deliver consistently professional and efficient customer service.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Sales Activities:
- Plan and execute 16-20 face-to-face sales calls weekly, documenting each interaction within the CRM system.
- Schedule sales calls every Friday for the upcoming week and utilize Fridays to follow up on actions/quotes from the previous week.
- Conduct sales calls professionally, making appointments in advance whenever feasible.
