Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 6 months of customer service experience.6 months experience using a computer in any setting. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications:6+ months of experience troubleshooting hardware, software, or connectivity issues. Sales experience with a proven track record in meeting sales targets. Strong customer service orientation and aptitude for helping customers.1-2 years of experience in customer service roles beyond just call centers. Personable and enthusiastic, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in telecommunications is a plus. Proficient computer skills, able to navigate multiple software applications efficiently. Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
