Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily management of social content, including content calendars and large-scale campaigns. Transform strategic and creative concepts into actionable plans with defined timelines and budgets. Build strong partnerships across various teams (creative, strategy, production, social media) and act as a liaison. Ensure transparent communication with the client team by providing regular updates, managing deliverables, identifying risks, and setting realistic expectations. Utilize your real-time insights to manage project schedules and scope without sacrificing creative momentum. Develop and maintain accurate project forecasts, scopes, timelines, and resource plans. Supervise production timelines for social content, balancing agility with creative integrity and brand guidelines. Proactively identify potential obstacles and provide actionable solutions. Create a collaborative environment that fosters both creative excellence and operational efficiency. Participate in client meetings, internal creative reviews, and production check-ins with clarity and confidence. Contribute to agency operations such as managing resource allocation calls and time tracking audits. Support the development of project scopes, estimates, and contracts. Maintain meticulous budget tracking and contribute to client status reports. Monitor team utilization and timelines across overlapping deliverables. Assist in fast-paced production projects while managing long-term strategic initiatives. Address issues promptly with recommended solutions. Document hours worked accurately and on time.

While this position is ideally based in Los Angeles, we will consider candidates from Minneapolis with the right experience. Please note that no relocation assistance will be provided.
This is a temporary position to cover parental leave, requiring up to 40 hours per week for approximately 4 months.
